Friends of Arches and Canyonlands Parks connect people to place in through exploration, collaboration and stewardship of our Southeast Utah National Parks and Monuments. Our goals include: Connecting youth to the parks, enriching the visitor experience, supporting lasting preservation, and working collaboratively with the community and the National Park Service.
The Friends of Arches and Canyonlands Parks serves as the official non-profit partner with the National Park Service of Southeast Utah. Our parks include Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and Hovenweep and Natural Bridges National Monuments.The Friends offers programs to profoundly connect people to Southeast Utah’s parks, so the parks will be valued and cherished and their healthy existence ensured in perpetuity. Programs include: youth outdoor education, supporting volunteers to Southeast Utah’s parks, preserving the dark night skies of the Colorado Plateau, and education outreach to area “gateway” communities.
