Tai Chi Drop-In Class for Two!
You will be learning the Tai Chi of Master Yang Chang Fu, more commonly known as Yang Style Tai Chi. The class will focus on alert relaxation, stable body posture and movements to experience the flow of energy or Qi. The benefits of Tai Chi include stress reduction, increased lower body strength, improved balance, posture, and body alignment.
