Experience a deeper connection with your partner through yoga. Yoga is a mind-body practice that is considered to be a complementary and integrative health approach. Yoga balances both physical and mental disciplines to manage stress, anxiety, and develop an overall sense of peacefulness. Begin this new chapter from a place of balance, peace and deep connection with your partner.
Couples will begin each session with guided breath work to open the chest and heart. Through the breath, couples will begin to gently connect with each other while calming their nervous system. Next couples will be guided through a series of yoga postures designed to strengthen a couple's relationship by initiating playfulness, fostering communication, developing balance, and inspiring closeness. To close each session, the couples will be guided through a brief meditation that allows each partner to send out a private and personal affirmation to their partner.
