Beginner Series Consists Of 6 Classes Over The Course Of 2 Weeks.
Getting started in CrossFit can be intimidating. However, this Beginner Series was created to address this issue and create a foundation on which to build you and your partner’s future fitness. It is a set of classes designed to introduce you to the fundamental movements and concepts of CrossFit. The emphasis is skill development and exposure to the basic elements of Crossfit Spokane’s program. It is designed to prepare you to enter into their ongoing CrossFit group classes.
Our Beginner Series consists of 6 classes over the course of 2 weeks. We also include an additional 2-weeks of unlimited CrossFit classes so you can enjoy our fun, effective and community based program. Completion of this series is a requirement for all individuals prior to joining regular CrossFit classes.
