Starting with our Groove Your Swing class, beginners will learn the basic cornerstone movement that all kettlebell exercises are built upon, the kettlebell swing - and more advanced students will get a forms review and a determination of their level of conditioning in this workshop style class.
Groove Your Swing is the perfect introduction to the proper and safe way to use kettlebells for dramatic gains in strength, fitness and fat loss. When you're ready, you can take a short skills test and join the 3-Elements, Kettlebell Bootcamp Classes, and take the next step into ALL of Kettlebility's group class offerings!
