Sign up for this unique experience of hiking to a perfect and serene spot so that you can roll out the yoga mat for some vinyasa and meditation.
Enjoy a vigorous hike followed by a yoga session in the mountains catered to your abilities with a calming and relaxing meditation after. This experience is a four hour adventure. First, pick your level of ability and desire:
Level 1 – Lower elevations with a minimum altitude increase. Easy pace with easy terrain. Beginner yoga with gentle, nourishing poses that restore energy and explore our deep connection with the earth.
Level 2 – Mid elevations with elevation increases in the hike. Medium paced. Yoga basics with Balancing and Hatha yoga.
Level 3 – Significant elevation increase, Strong paced, ( optional scrambling) Balancing Yoga with some Vinyasa Yoga.
What to bring – Yoga mat, clothing layers, water, sunglasses, light snack, light hiking boots or tennis shoes, hat and sunscreen, backpack (optional).
