At Limitless Fitness our motto is Real People, Real Bodies, and our goal is to help our clients enjoy their lives to the fullest through physical fitness. Whether you’re just starting out, or training for a marathon, private training sessions is the most effective way to hit your goals.
With our couples training, you’ll enjoy individualized sessions for just you and your partner. We will assess your fitness level and develop a program for each of you to get to your goals. You’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish. If you and your partner are at different levels of fitness, that’s just fine. We have the equipment and ability to tailor your program so that each of you are being challenged and supported.
This experience consists of two personal training sessions per week for one month.
