The class teaches Indian and/or fusion recipes, all gluten-free (or easy to make gluten-free). Raw food cooking classes also available. Come ready to ask all your questions about vegan cooking. Chef Kirti has been doing it for over 40 years and knows it all. No prior knowledge of vegan or Indian cooking needed. Every class includes three recipes, an instructions handout, a cup of Indian spice tea, and tastings of the recipes.
