FAQ'S FOR :

To use the VEBO Experience Scheduling tool, login to your Experience Provider account, click Settings, and then select Online Scheduling. Please watch this video to see some of the features.

Experience vouchers never expire. However, as an Experience Provider you may change your offering over time. We simply ask that you honor vouchers already sold. If the experience is no longer offered, the full amount of the voucher will be credited to the voucher owner.

Couples may not receive cash refunds, but may exchange the gift for full credit towards other active VEBO experiences prior to reservation and/or use.

Experience Provider Account can be created at http://vebolife.com/registration/experience-provider/. The process takes approximately 2-5 minutes to complete. Please watch the video that shows you how to create an account.

Log into your VEBO Experience Provider Account at http://vebolife.com/login/. The process takes approximately 5-8 minutes to complete. Please watch the video that shows you how to add experiences.<

VEBO offers certain vouchers that are date-specific, including vouchers for ticketed events. In these cases, the selected date(s) will be listed on the voucher, and the customer can only redeem the voucher on this date. The customer is not allowed to return, reschedule or exchange vouchers for date-specific activities. If the date-specific event is rescheduled by the experience provider, the customer will have the option of keeping the voucher for the rescheduled date, or exchanging for a credit towards other active VEBO experiences. If the event is cancelled, the customer will automatically receive a credit towards other active VEBO experiences.

Please see the terms and conditions and offer details within the experience. Experience providers may list restrictions and requirements within the details of their experience offers.

VEBO operates on a revenue share model. VEBO does not charge monthly or sign-up fees.

Our providers handle the accounting for VEBO voucher one of two ways. 1) No accounting entries until the experience is redeemed. 2) At the time of the sale, enter a credit to an unearned/deferred revenue account and debit accounts receivable.
