THE WEATHER
  • Winters are mild with highs in the upper 60s. It is technically the rainy season, but the county gets very little precipitation.

  • Spring is in the low 70s and dry. May is a terrific month for seeing the sites (make sure it is before school lets out for summer).

  • Orange County has a Mediterranean climate, but the weather varies quite a bit throughout the county. The coastal area have cooler summers. Summer is pretty awful time to visit the theme parks because of the crowds.

  • September is a fantastic time to visit the beaches and the theme parks. It is the warmest month of the year but school is back in session so the crowds thin out.
